Refund Policy

Regarding Services

In Candlebloom Arts, you may purchase or have purchased a "service". When purchasing a service, you are required to provide a deposit before any work can start. In the event that you change your mind about the service, and do not wish to continue the creative process, you may request the termination of the process. In this circumstance, the deposit will not be refunded. 

Please note, that if the creative process is already finished, and you've received your digital product in the mail, no refunds will be issued.

If you have any doubts regarding our services, contact us immediately! 

Regarding Physical Products - "Merchandise"

Each merchandise item is printed on demand through a third party. If you regret your purchase, please inform us as soon as possible. Refunds may only be applicable if we are contacted before the item has been shipped to your address. 

In the event that a faulty address was provided, we are not responsible for any shipped items undelivered - and a refund may not be issued. 

In the event that the item arrived damaged, you may contact us to request a replacement to be shipped within 5 days. Please provide clear photos of the damaged product.

Regarding Physical Products - Your Art

This is regarding when you purchase the additional service of printing your art through Candlebloom Arts. 

As your art is individual, and cannot and will not be resold, we may not offer refunds at any point past printing. You may contact us within 24 hours to request termination and refund, but we cannot guarantee it will be provided. 

Please make sure you are happy with this service before proceeding!
